Uzbekistan is establishing the international digital technology center Enterprise Uzbekistan, which will be located within IT Park Uzbekistan. The center will operate under the principles of English law within a special legal regime.
The core objective of the project is institutional capital. The state is building a trust-based environment designed to provide international investors with regulatory certainty and legal clarity.

The framework envisages:
– protection of venture investments
– a “one-stop-shop” system for residents
– specialized dispute resolution mechanisms

In January, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed the acceleration of legislative development necessary to launch the center.
