Criteria for partners
- Strong management team with at least four years of experience in the industry;
- Sound credit history for the last three years;
- Debt to EBITDA of less than 3x;
- Debt services coverage ratio of more than 2x.

- Business plan/feasibility study along with financial model and other relevant supporting information/documents.
- Information about the target company summarizing principal activities, business model and long-term development strategy.
- Financial statements of a target entity, including disclosure notes and audit opinion.
- Information about ultimate beneficial owners of partners, targets and other parties involved in the deal.
