Uzbekistan is accelerating its transition toward a model of technology-driven and innovation-led growth. Over the past year, the country secured agreements with foreign investors totaling $43 billion and plans to attract an additional $50 billion in 2026.
At the same time, the approach to investor engagement is being recalibrated: priority is given to projects that ensure technology transfer and the development of export-oriented production.
Targeted conditions are being established for strategic investors:
→ expedited launch of investment projects
→ direct allocation of land plots at market value
→ permits and infrastructure connections facilitated through a “one-stop-shop” platform
The strategic focus is shifting toward technological sophistication and long-term economic impact.
