On 16 June, Nazim Hajiyev, Chief Executive Officer of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Investment Company (AUIC), participated in the Investment Outlook Forum 2026 in Baku. The forum was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and AZPROMO as part of the Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group.
During the panel session, “Capital, Growth and Opportunities in Azerbaijan and the Region,” Mr. Hajiyev highlighted several priority areas for cross-border investment:

→ Digital economy
→ Education
Participation in international investment forums is an integral part of AUIC’s ongoing efforts to promote the region’s investment potential, engage with key market stakeholders, and explore promising projects for future financing.
